The Gyrodactylus nemachili-like species complex, parasitising stone loach Barbatula barbatula L. in the Czech Republic, was investigated based on the detailed morphometric analysis of its haptoral hard parts. The existence of two species, G. jiroveci Ergens & Bychowsky, 1967 and G. pseudonemachili Ergens & Bychowsky, 1967 was confirmed.
