Erosion of biodegradable parenteral delivery systems (PDS) based on ABA copolymers consisting of poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) A-blocks attached to polyethylene oxide (PEO) B-blocks, or PLGA is important for the release of macromolecular drugs.
