In our previous reports, we found polyclonal anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies (anti-dsDNA) purified from patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) exerted inhibitory effect on [3H]thymidine incorporation of human mononuclear cells (MNC).
