A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of plasma and serum levels of amitriptyline (AMI), nortriptyline (NORT), imipramine (IMI), desipramine (DESI), clomipramine (CLOMI), and norclomipramine (NCLOMI) is described.
