In the search for exotic mesons, the GlueX collaboration will soon extract moments of the $\eta\pi^0$ angular distribution. In the perspective of these results, we generalize the formalism of moment extraction to the case in which the two mesons are produced with a linearly polarized beam, and build a model for the reaction $\vec \gamma p \to \eta \pi^0 p$. The model includes resonant $S$-, $P$-, $D$-waves in $\eta\pi^0$, produced by natural exchanges. Moments of the $\eta\pi^0$ angular…

Accessing glue through photoproduction measurements at GlueX
Photoproduction experiments are a key tool in the investigation of the spectrum of hadronic states and the way gluons contribute to this spectrum. The GlueX experiment, located at Jefferson Lab,
Strong QCD from Hadron Structure Experiments
The topical workshop Strong QCD from Hadron Structure Experiments took place at Jefferson Lab from November 6–9, 2019. Impressive progress in relating hadron structure observables to the strong QCD...
Dalitz plots and lineshape of a1(1260) from a relativistic three-body unitary approach
We formulate the final state interaction of the $a_1(1260)$ resonance decay in a manifestly three-body unitary parameterization and fit it to the $a_1(1260)$ lineshape measured by the ALEPH
Exclusive tensor meson photoproduction
We study tensor meson photoproduction outside of the resonance region, at beam energies of a few GeVs. We build a model based on Regge theory that includes the leading vector and axial exchanges. We
Moments of angular distribution in two mesons photoproduction
The formalism devoted to the production of two pseudoscalar mesons with a linearly polarized photon beam has been detailed and illustrated in Phys. Rev. D100 (2019) 054017. This document reports the

Photoproduction of pi+ pi- meson pairs on the proton
The exclusive reaction $$\gamma p \to p \pi^+ \pi^-$$ was studied in the photon energy range 3.0 - 3.8 GeV and momentum transfer range $0.4<-t<1.0$ GeV$^2$. Data were collected with the CLAS detector
Evaluation of the polarization observables IS and IC in the reaction $ \gamma$p $ \rightarrow$$ \pi^{0}_{}$$ \eta$p
Abstract. We evaluate the polarization observables IS and IC for the reaction $ \gamma$p$ \rightarrow$$ \pi^{0}_{}$$ \eta$p , using a chiral unitary framework developed earlier. The IS and IC
Photoproduction of K+K− meson pairs on the proton
The exclusive reaction γp → pπ + π ― was studied in the photon energy range 3.0―3.8 GeV and the momentum transfer range 0.4 < ―t < 1.0 GeV 2 . Data were collected with the CLAS detector at the Thomas
Neutral pion photoproduction in a Regge model
The reaction $$\gamma p \to \pi^0 p$$ is investigated in the energy range above the resonance region. The amplitudes include the leading Regge singularities in the cross-channel and correctly
Determination of the Pole Position of the Lightest Hybrid Meson Candidate.
TLDR
This work provides a robust extraction of a single exotic π_{1} resonant pole, with mass and width 1564±24±86 and 492±54±102  MeV, which couples to both η^{(')}π channels and finds no evidence for a second exotic state.
On the Analysis of Vector Meson Production by Polarized Photons
The formalism necessary to analyze production of vector mesons with polarized photons (~p --*pV) is.presented in detail. The decay angular distribution of the vector mesons is parameterized by the
Exotic hybrid mesons in hard electroproduction
We estimate the sizeable cross section for deep exclusive electroproduction of an exotic J{sup PC}=1{sup -+} hybrid meson in the Bjorken regime. The production amplitude scales like the one for usual
The COMPASS Collaboration
The COMPASS experiment at the CERN SPS has studied the diffractive dissociation of negative pions into the π−π−π+ final state using a 190 GeV/c pion beam hitting a lead target. A partial wave
Simultaneous photoproduction of eta and pi0 mesons on the proton.
TLDR
The analysis of the gammap-->etapi(0)p reaction has been performed using data from the GRAAL experiment and the term involving the Delta(1700) excitation, followed by the decay into etaDelta(1232), is found to be dominant.
Role of photoproduction in exotic meson searches
Abstract We discuss two production mechanisms of the J PC =1 −+ exotic meson, hadroproduction, using pion beams and photoproduction. We show that the ratio of exotic to nonexotic, in particular the a
