Comparative Chloroplast Genomics in Phyllanthaceae Species
TLDR
The chloroplast genomes of three Phyllanthaceae species were assembled and the polyphyletic nature of the genus Phyllanthus was revealed and the polymorphic protein-coding genes, including rpl22, ycf1, matK, ndhF, and rps15, were determined, which may be helpful for reconstructing the high-resolution phylogenetic tree of the family PhyllAnthaceae.
Chloroplast Genome of Phyllanthus Emblica and Leptopus Cordifolius: Comparative Analysis and Phylogenetic within Family Phyllanthaceae
TLDR
High variability was seen in number of oligonucleotide repeats while analysis of guanine-cytosine (GC) content, codon usage, amino acid frequency, simple sequence repeats analysis, synonymous and non-synonymous substitutions, and transition and transversion substitutions showed similarities in all Phyllanthaceae species.

TLDR
Within the morphologically diverse pantropical genus Phyllanthus, many subgenera, sections and subsections are recognized and a new species from the Philippines, PhyllAnthus ridsdalei, is described.
Phylogenetic Relationships and Character Evolution in Neotropical Phyllanthus (Phyllanthaceae), with a Focus on the Cuban and Caribbean Taxa
TLDR
The majority of species in the Caribbean belong to a single clade that has evolved from Neotropical ancestors, well circumscribed with morphology and corresponds to subgenus Xylophylla, the concept of which is adjusted here to be monophyletic.
