Electrophoretic analysis of cortical and leaf tissue extracts from apricot trees of cv. ‘Tyrinthos’ from Apulia (southern Italy) affected by stem pitting, contained multiple double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) species, the largest with an estimated size of 15 kbp.
