The myeloproliferative sarcoma virus (MPSV) induces extensive hematopoietic changes, including spleen foci in adult mice, and transforms fibroblasts in vitro. NRK nonproducer cell lines of MPSV and ts temperature-sensitive mutants were analyzed by restriction enzyme digestion and Southern blotting.
