Lysozymes are the key molecules of innate immune system against bacterial infections. In the present study, we identified the molecular characteristics, physicochemical properties, antibacterial activity, evolutionary relationship and tissue expression pattern of g-type lysozyme in Euryglossa orientalis (EuOr LysG).
