Summary EEC (ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia, clefting; OMIM 604292) syndrome is an autosomal dominant developmental disorder. Characteristic clinical features comprise abnormalities in several ectodermal structures including skin, hair, teeth, nails and sweat glands as well as orofacial clefting and limb defects.
