Mohs' Chemosurgery, the most effective method for the treatment of skin cancer, can be performed with or without zinc chloride paste. During the past three years 1065 cases of basal-cell carcinoma and squamous-cell carcinoma were treated by the Fresh-Tissue Technique. The advantages and disadvantages of the procedure are discussed.
