In this work, terahertz images have been simulated from X-ray images. For this aim the terahertz raster scanning process is modeled by a two dimensional convolution of the modelled THz beam and the X-ray image. The mathematical model of the terahertz beam has been modeled by a Gaussian function. The variables in this function are frequency of the beam, lateral location and absorption coefficient of the object.
