Fault diagnosis of three phase Voltage Source Inverters (VSIs) is an interesting area of research. Some standards are already existing for diagnosis of fuse is blown, switching devices overcurrent, overvoltage protection, missing line etc. There are still tasks that in general are not covered since it needs additional sensors or misplaced fault diagnosis methods.
