This work focuses on a program developed in MATLAB/Simulink of 36W photovoltaic module. [] Key Method This program can also be used to extract the physical parameters for a given solar PV module as a function of temperature and solar radiation. Effect of two environmental parameters of temperature and irradiance variations could be observed from simulated characteristics. The program simulation results are compared with the datasheet information and they found to have good agreement.
