In this paper, several important aspects associated with the modeling and fast simulation of global multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) interconnects are studied in detail. The MWCNTs are characterized by both the multiconductor circuit (MCC) model and the simplified equivalent single conductor (ESC) model.
