The CASE tool ArgoUWE supports the systematic design of Web applications using the UML-based Web Engineering (UWE) approach. The design methodology of UWE is based on a metamodel which is defined as a lightweight extension of the UML metamodel in the form of a profile and comprises the separate modeling of the different aspects of a Web application: content, structure, layout, and business logic.
