Model independent radiative corrections in processes of polarized electron-nucleon elastic scattering

The explicit formulae for radiative correction (RC) calculation for elastic ep -scattering is presented. Two typical measurements of polarization observables such as beam-target asymmetry or recoil proton polarization, are considered. Pos-sibilities to take into account realistic experimental accep-tances are discussed. The Fortran code MASCARAD for pro-viding the RC procedure is presented. Numerical analysis is done for kinematical conditions of TJNAF.

A new event generator for the elastic scattering of charged leptons on protons

This paper describes a new multipurpose event generator, ESEPP, which has been developed for the Monte Carlo simulation of unpolarized elastic scattering of charged leptons on protons. The generator

Two-Photon Exchange in Elastic Electron Scattering on Hadronic Systems

In the present review, we discuss different aspects of the two-photon exchange (TPE) physics in elastic ep scattering at high Q, as well as at low Q. The imaginary part of the TPE amplitude gives

Search for effects beyond the born approximation in polarization transfer observables in e(over→)p elastic scattering.

Measurements of polarization transfer observables in the elastic H(e[over →],e(')p[ over →]) reaction for three different beam energies at a Q(2)=2.5  GeV(2), spanning a wide range of the kinematic parameter ε, find the ε dependence of the longitudinal polarization transfer component P(ℓ) shows an enhancement relative to the Born approximation at large ε.

The Spin Asymmetries of the Nucleon Experiment investigated the spin structure of the proton via inclusive electron scattering at the Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility at Jefferson

PRad-II: A New Upgraded High Precision Measurement of the Proton Charge Radius

The PRad experiment has credibly demonstrated the advantages of the calorimetric method in e-p scattering experiments to measure the proton root-mean-square (RMS) charge radius with high accuracy.

The g2p Experiment: A Measurement of the Proton's Spin Structure Functions

The E08-027 (g2p) experiment measured the spin structure functions of the proton at Jefferson Laboratory in Newport News, Va. Longitudinally polarized electrons were scattered from a transversely and
