We read with interest the article by Felker et al. (1) regarding the effect of serelaxin on the mode of death prevention in acute heart failure. This paper was a subgroup analysis of the RELAX-AHF (Efficacy and Safety of Relaxin for the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure) study intended to assess the effect of serelaxin on the specific mode of death in acute heart failure patients enrolled in the trial.
