An elongate cylindrical column body has a flange at an open end and an annular extension extending beyond the flange in a direction of the length of the column body. The cover has a seal ring fitted therein for supporting a partition member. The seal ring is sized and shaped so that when the cover is placed on the open end of the column body, the seal ring and a guide face defined by the annular extension sealingly overlap one another by a predetermined length.
