IPTV stands for Internet protocol television. In other words, users who have any kinds of IP devices are able to watch television wherever they are. This paper illustrates how IPTV would be adopted to wireless and mobile networks with regards to mobile device called mobile IPTV taking relevant technical issues into consideration.
