Sažetak. Diskektomija slabinske kralježnice i dalje je zlatni standard u lijecenju simptomatske hernije diska u slucaju refrakternosti bolova na konzervativno lijecenje. Uz klasicne operacijske teh nike, unazad vise od 20 godina, istražuju se i uvode metode s minimalnim ostecenjima neuromuskularnih struktura kralježnice u svrhu smanjenja ceste pojave poslijeoperacijske bolnosti slabinske kralježnice.
