The integration of high quality narrow band pass filters into the low power RF system of advanced radar digital receivers is demonstrated by Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC) technology. Using computer aided design, simulations, and yield analysis, strip line LTCC filters were designed with 100% yield to tolerances in materials and manufacturing processes.
