  • The effects of mildronate [3-(2,2,2-trimethylhydrazinium) propionate], an inhibitor of L-carnitine biosynthesis and an anti-ischaemic drug, were examined in various in-vivo conditions to investigate the neuropharmacological profile after acute administration.
