BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of micropulse and continuous wave diode transscleral cyclophotocoagulation in refractory glaucoma. DESIGN Randomized, comparative, exploratory study in a tertiary hospital setting. PARTICIPANTS Patients with refractory, end-stage glaucoma.
