An efficient protocol for micropropagation and Agrobacterium rhizogenes mediated transformation has been standardized for Mucuna pruriens (L.) DC. For micropropagation, shoot tips from aseptically germinated seedlings were inoculated on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations (2–20 µM) of phytohormones.
