Metastasis is a leading cause of mortality for osteosarcoma patients. The molecular pathological mechanism remains to be elucidated. In the previously study, we established two osteosarcoma cell lines with different metastatic potentials. Differential expressed genes and proteins regarding metastatic ability have been identified.
