To determine possible deleterious effects of methylmethacrylate vapor on mouse gestation, pregnant mice were exposed to average vapor concentrations of 1330 parts per million for two hours twice daily during Day 6 through Day 15 of pregnancy. A slight increase in the average weight of the fetuses of the exposed mothers were demonstrated but no other evidence of fetal toxicity or teratologic effects was found.
