Methotrexate treatment in dermatomyositis.

Abstract

Two patients with dermatomyositis were treated with methotrexate, given intravenously. They were unresponsive to corticosteroids. The patients were bedridden and paralysed and one seemed to be in the terminal phase of the disease.
