Abstract Cancer diagnosed during pregnancy is a rare and challenging occurrence, with an incidence of 0.1% of all pregnancies. Thymoma is the most common primary tumour of the anterior mediastinum, accounting for 30% of mediastinal masses in adults. Presentation during pregnancy is rare. We describe a unique case of two successful pregnancies in a woman with metastatic thymoma.
