PURPOSE To report a patient with metastatic cutaneous melanoma (MCM) presenting as intermediate uveitis. METHODS We examined a 49-year-old man with malignant cutaneous melanoma and central nervous system (CNS) metastasis who was initially treated for bilateral intermediate uveitis.
