5-(Glutathion-S-yl)-alpha-methyldopamine [5-(GSyl)-alpha-MeDA] is a putative metabolite of the serotonergic neurotoxicants 3,4-(+/-)-(methylenedioxy)amphetamine and 3,4-(+/-)-(methylenedioxy)methamphetamine.
