The concurrence of Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is well known, and MCC concurrent with Bowen's disease has also been documented. Herein, we describe two cases of MCC concurrent with Bowen's disease, and one case exhibited an unusual immunophenotype.
