N'-[2-chloroethyl]-N[2-(methylsulfonyl) ethyl]-N'-nitrosourea (cystemustine),a chloroethylnitrosourea antineoplastic drug, provokes cellular proliferation inhibition and redifferentiation, but there was no cell death in B16 melanoma tumors.
