Following allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), adherence to immunosuppressants (IS) is crucial to prevent and treat chronic GvHD (cGvHD), which is associated with reduced quality of life, increased morbidity and mortality, and increased overall health-care needs.
