A 19-week gestation female fetus had multiple anomalies suggesting Meckel syndrome with polysplenia. In over 200 reported cases of Meckel syndrome, only 2 similar cases are documented. Both were male infants, one with bilateral left-sidedness (polysplenia), the other with bilateral right-sidedness (M-anisosplenia).
