Fuel cells can directly convert chemical energy into electric energy with high conversion efficiency, high power density, quiet operation, and no pollution. Among many factors affecting the chemical-electrical energy conversion, oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) on cathode is the pivot in fuel cell.
