Employee workplace perceptions may be represented by organizational climate. This paper presents a shortened (35-item) version of the Tourism and Hospitality Organizational Climate Scale (THOCS). Subscales of the new instrument (labeled THOCS-R) demonstrated levels of reliability that ranged from acceptable to high.
