A sensitive HPLC method with fluorescence detection was developed for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) and bisphenol B (BPB) in human blood serum. The detection limits of the method were 0.18 and 0.20 ng/mL for BPA and BPB, respectively. A single-step liquid-liquid extraction was used for the pre-treatment of serum samples.
