OBJECTIVE To review the literature on the reliability of the Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing (ImPACT). DESIGN Systematic review of the relevant literature in PubMed, CINAHL, and PSYCHINFO. Studies were evaluated using the STROBE instrument and custom developed items.
