Maximum effect of urokinase plasminogen activator inhibitors in the control of invasion and metastasis of rat mammary cancer.


Experimentally induced pulmonary metastases of mammary cancer in the Fisher 344 rat can be suppressed by the inhibition of urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA).
