Abstract

Neurologic manifestations of Lyme disease include meningitis, encephalopathy, and cranial and peripheral neuropathy. There are no sensitive markers for neuroborreliosis, and diagnosis is often based on clinical presentation and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) abnormalities, including intrathecal antibody production.
