To assess the acceptability of the foetal electrocardiographic (STAN®) monitoring system by patients at a London Hospital, before its introduction into routine clinical care. This was a prospective questionnaire-based study of patients who were monitored in labour by foetal electrocardiographic (STAN®) monitoring system.
