OBJECTIVE To determine the relationship between maternal blood pressures throughout pregnancy and the risk of delivering a small-for-gestational-age (SGA) neonate. METHODS Women were prospectively enrolled at 9-14 weeks and had serial blood pressure measurements throughout pregnancy.
