The article discusses gender differentiation of mate selection criteria in heterosexual relationships, presenting the findings of a survey conducted in Greece among 77 students aged 19-29 who attend the Department of Social Work in the University of West Attica. The gender variable was the control variable for research cases and was used in the interpretation of the results.
