PURPOSE OF REVIEW To illustrate features of allergy in mastocytosis. RECENT FINDINGS The rates of atopy in patients with mastocytosis have generally been found to be similar to those of the normal population, although the incidence of anaphylaxis is much higher in mastocytosis.
