Abstract Mass-dependencies of a number of bound state properties are investigated in some light two-electron exitonic complexes (or clusters) Z + e − e − , where m e ≤ m Z ≤ 2 m e . These exitonic complexes (or model ions) play a great role in modern solid state physics, since such complexes describe optical absorption in a number of semiconductors.
