OBJECTIVE This study evaluated the effects of marsupialization on odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) and its role in conjunction with enucleation and curettage. STUDY DESIGN Twenty-eight primary OKCs, treated by marsupialization before enucleation and curettage, were examined in this study.
