We investigated whether recipient dendritic cells (DCs), pretreated with nuclear factor-kappaB oligodeoxyribonucleotide decoy (NF-kappaB ODN decoy) and loaded with ultraviolet B-irradiated donor apoptotic splenocytes (Apo-SCs), were able to induce murine cardiac allograft tolerance.
