Seemingly, yet another book about software project management, yet it somehow is not. This book takes an approach I have not seen before, and I have many books on the subject on my shelves. An approach that is both well worth looking at. Furthermore, an approach for which this author is eminently qualified, as is well proved by the book itself – the proof of this pudding is, indeed, in its reading, nay, in its use.
