Management of uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis. A case report.

BACKGROUND Uterus didelphys with obstructed hemivagina presents with a pelvic mass often inappropriately approached by laparotomy. CASE An adolescent female was evaluated for dysmenorrhea, a pelvic mass and a double uterus.
